Return Policy P.E.Products provides only the best quality parts and accessories to our customers. If you are not happy with the item(s) received for any reason, we offer a simple return policy that is fair and easy to understand. If you wish to return an unused (uninstalled) item, simply send it back to us insured and prepaid. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and reason for return (all reasons are acceptable).
Warranty P.E.Products offers a one-year warranty on our products under the following conditions: - Warranty applies to the original buyer with receipt. The liability of any warranty claim is limited to the value of the goods claimed and excludes normal wear and tear.
- Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem.
- No returns on electrical, special orders, installed, or altered parts.
- No returns on inertia reels that have been tampered with.
- P.E.Products cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges.

- Within 30 days of the shipping date: for full refund, excluding postage and handling.
- Within 60 days of the shipping date: for full refund (excluding postage and handling) and a scolding.
- After 60 days of the shipping date, for refund (excluding postage and handling) minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds will not be issued for inertia reels that have been disassembled or tampered with. These reels are orientation and motion sensitive, making it important to read all instructions. Do not attempt to disassemble the inertia reel.
